How to join

Cable Points is our way of saying thank you for using our services. Available to residential prepaid and postpaid customers.

Prepaid
Automatically enrolled when your monthly consumption reaches SR 100.
Postpaid
Register at any CWS service centre on Mahé, Praslin, or La Digue. Minimum monthly bill of SR 100 (excluding tax).

How to earn

Points accrue on the services you use every day — calls, SMS, mobile data, home broadband, and CWS TV.

SR 1 = 1 point

Earn one Cable Point for every Rupee spent.

For postpaid customers, points per service are capped each month.

Validity

  • Postpaid

    Points are valid for two years from your enrolment date. The oldest balance expires first.

  • Prepaid

    Points last up to two years. Redeem or make a billable transaction in the final three months and the period extends by another three.
