How to Join
At Cable & Wireless, we value your loyalty and we are delighted to reward you for it! Cable Points is our way of saying thank you for using our services. Cable Points are available for our residential Prepaid and Postpaid customers.
Prepaid customers: You will automatically be entered into the program and start to accumulate Cable Points when you reach the minimum consumption of SR100.
Postpaid customers: Visit any of our Customer Services Centres on Mahé, Praslin and La Digue to register. Your minimum total monthly bill needs to be SR100 or more, excluding tax.
How to Earn
You can only earn or accumulate Cable Points if you are a residential customer. You get points for doing what you do every day – making calls, sending SMS, using mobile internet, using your home broadband internet and watching CWS TV.
For each SR1 you spend, you earn 1 Cable Point

Understanding your points validity and redemption options
Points Validity
Postpaid customers
Your points are valid for a period of 2 years starting from the date of first enrollment in the Cable Points program. Note that the oldest balance reaching two years will expire first. Points will expire as and when they reach 2 years, leaving your account balance with the unexpired points.
Prepaid customers
Points can be accumulated for a maximum of 2 years. At the end of the 2 years, points not yet redeemed will be reset back to zero. However, if you redeem or make any billable transaction during the last three months before the expiry date, the validity period of the points will be extended to an extra three months.
Redemption Options
You can use your Privilez card to redeem your Cable Points at any CWS Customer Service Centre for different items in our Cable Points Loyalty Catalogue.

Redeem on MyCare for Giga Boosters, Mobile TV Boosters, Facebook Booster and Data Booster
Partner Locations
